Stated below are the itemized return policies of monoB.
Please read them carefully as they will be strictly enforced.
Should you choose to return your order, it will be assumed you have read and understand the return policies stated here. |

-Order cancellations must be requested by written form {letter or e-mail}.
No cancellations accepted after shipment.
-All sales are non-refundable. Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed. Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable.
-RA (Return Authorization) for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon receival of merchandise. All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with the original packaging.
-There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise without RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted package(s), or past the 5 days grace period.
-Items returned after 15 days from the date received will not be accepted. All sales items are final.
