RETURNS POLICY

Although we stand by our products, we understand that sometimes, returns or exchanges are inevitable. You can find the downloadable form at the bottom of this page. Please review our return and exchange policy below before downloading and completing our return authorization form:

RETURNS/REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. All International sales are final. Mono B does not accept returns from International customers.
  2. All purchase of sale items are final. Mono B does not accept returns for items in the Sale category.
  3. MONO B Clothing only issues full refund for manufacturer defect and shipment of wrong item/quantity. Mono B only offers store credit (not refund) for returns due to dissatisfaction with our product.
  4. Returns for private label merchandise is case-by-case only.
  5. Claim must be made within 7 days upon delivery date. All claims must be accompanied by a completed RMA form and, where applicable, clear images showing damages or incorrect shipment. Send the completed RMA form and images to info@monobclothing.com.
  6. The customer is required to send the original merchandise to Mono B’s warehouse before Mono B sends out the replacement/exchange, or before a refund is issued, or before any credit is applied to the customer’s account (this credit can be used towards future purchase of Mono B’s products).
  7. If, due to time constraint, Mono B has to send the replacement merchandise to the customer before the customer sends the original merchandise back and the customer fails to send back the original merchandise within 5 (five) business days after Mono B sends the replacement, the customer will be charged for the replacement item and shipping fee (if applicable).
  8. For reasons other than defect or incorrect shipment, a restocking fee of 15%-25% will be applied based on how the items are received. Restocking fee may be waived if the items are returned in their original condition.
  9. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the return reason is not defect or incorrect shipment.
  10. For replacement due to item defect, incorrect shipment, and missing item, Mono B will be responsible for replacement/exchange shipping costs to the customer, through ground shipping only. If the customer wishes for a faster shipping option, the customer will be responsible for the faster shipping costs.

RMA REQUEST FORM GUIDELINES:

  1. Before returning any items, the customer must fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
  2. Any incomplete or missing information will result in delays in processing the request.
  3. Claim must be made within 7 days upon delivery date. All claims must be accompanied by a completed RMA form and, where applicable, clear images showing damages or incorrect shipment. Send the completed RMA form and images to info@monobclothing.com.
  4. Please allow 1-2 business days for Mono B to review the completed RMA request form.
  5. Mono B will issue an RMA number if the claim is approved. Please write this RMA number on the top right corner of the RMA form and include a copy of the form inside the return box.
  6. All returns without valid RMA number will not processed. If a customer returns an item without RMA form or valid RMA number marked clearly on the form, we will not process the store credit/exchange/refund.
  7. Mono B will issue a All returns without valid RMA number return label only for damaged merchandise or incorrect shipment. This return label expires in seven days.
  8. Customer will need to issue their own return label after the label expires and if they return merchandise not due to defect or incorrect shipment.
  9. To expedite the returns process, the RMA form with the valid RMA number must be placed inside the return package and the valid RMA number must be written on the return box.
